Well, not really. As I’ve mentioned before, the letters I receive from the children take a while to get to me. This is a drawing from Josselyn and was received in my last letter from her — a “cool” drawing for a hot summer’s day!

Pray for Ecuador

As soon as I heard the breaking news last Sunday morning about the earthquake that shook Ecuador’s northwest Pacific coast, I searched the locations of my sponsored children in Ecuador and their proximity to the earthquake. At this point I believe that one of the girls (Josselyn ) lives very close to the earthquake area. It is too early to know about her safety. The events of the world cause an additional level of concern when a sponsored child is involved. Please pray for Ecuador.
